The Virginia Institute of Forensic Science and Medicine, VIFSM, is a nonprofit training institution that is offering a Basic Forensic Science and Medicine Seminar, taking place on October 1-4, 2007. The conference is an intense, comprehensive overview of the concepts and principles of forensic science and clinical forensic medicine. It is a scientific, systematic approach to crime and death investigation with applied theory and hands-on learning.
