Position Type: Full-time, grant-funded position
Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience

Qualifications: Minimum of 18 months of education beyond high school including business, technical or vocational school education, plus at least two years of related secretarial experience. Good organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills, ability to multitask, be a good team player, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Be proficient in the use of a PC and office software applications and have a verifiable record of building and maintaining excellent professional relationships with clients, associates and supervisors.

Duties: Communicate and perform duties in a professional manner; maintain confidentiality; provide secretarial services and duties as assigned.
